ModBrew is a mod hosting platform for Mac gaming. You may use the Platform to discover, download, and upload game modifications ("mods") subject to these terms. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Do not upload malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
• Do not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or abuse the Platform's infrastructure.

3. User Content

By uploading content to ModBrew, you represent that you have the rights to share that content and grant ModBrew a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.

ModBrew reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the community.

4. Mod Downloads

All mods are provided as-is. ModBrew scans uploaded files for malware but cannot guarantee the safety or compatibility of every mod. You download and install mods at your own risk. Always back up your game files before installing mods.

5. Account Termination

ModBrew may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. ModBrew is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform or any mods downloaded through it.

7. Changes to Terms

ModBrew may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
